Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.

 

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers and retail stores.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries! Please visit our International Shipping page for more info.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

toolmall.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal*

*Please note, PayPal is unavailable to customers in Turkey.

 

Why is my item on backorder?

Occasionally, an item for sale on toolmall.com has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that we have trouble keeping it in stock. You may order a back ordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag.

Please note: Backorder shipping dates are subject to change. We will email you with any date changes.

 

Do you often price adjustment?

We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item from our website if it goes on sale within 14 days of your order shipment date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment.
